Just wanted to give a shout out Craig Landry, Service Manager and Master Tech Dion Rel. The Jacksonville BMW dealership is the only one that I feel confident enough to service my K1200R. Even if means to drive 2.5 hrs to the dealership. I couldn’t get to my appointment on time as I had trailer issues. This was a the big 18K service and was going to take a while. Even though I arrived late, the shop was more than accommodating and got my bike serviced and sent me on my way back by close of business! Appreciate the good service!

These guys were pro from the first phone call to my drive in from savannah. Thank you for helping me get my dream bike. Marcelo and Craig were on it. They hooked me up with new gear quickly as well. Then when Craig went over everything from head to toe about bike was awesome. Natural honest customer service. Looking forward to coming down for bike maintenance. Thanks fellas

Six months ago, I walked in just to sit on an EBR 1190SX to see if it was too tall or not for me. I had already planned on buying a different model bike in another state, but I just wanted to confirm that the EBR wasn’t going to fit me. Tim brought the new bike out for me, found out the bike fit perfectly, let me ask a thousand questions, and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse. I bought it that day. Customer service was great, and I look forward to bringing it back for service as needed. A++

Stopped in while passing through to get a battery. Gene and the service department said I needed a software update and warranty replacement of both handlebar switch clusters. They got me in right away, got all the work done in about 2 hours, and even removed a couple of hitchhiking black widow spiders. Thank a lot guys, greatly appreciate how great your service department is.

Stopped by BMW Motorcycle of Jax on my way home because of a minor issue on the rear brakes of my R1200GSAdv. A little curiosity: after nearly 27000 miles on the road through the Americas, North and South, in the last 8 months, this was the 1st issue that I had on my bike. …and it happened on the day before the last of my trip! In any case, Matt and his Service Dept people quickly took care of problem, and in no time I was back on the road! Thx guys for a job well done. Cheers.

Tim Pope was very informative and Brad was pleasant to work with, dealership has a HUGE inventory of vehicles. I was happy to have found the F800GT 2013 which I was looking for over the past 6 months.

AFTER A COUPLE OF SMALL HICCUPS BMW OF OP TOOK CARE OF ME WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. BRAD HIMSELF WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT MY ISSUE WAS HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY AND WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. . I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
